1.Shipments will be shipped from factory warehouses in Asia (India/ Nepal) .
2.FREE SHIPPING for Wholesale Glass Pipes , for orders over 600$ usd .(applicable on Glass Items only)
-FREE SHIPPING where ever mentioned is only applicable if total Glass orders are over 600$.
-For orders below 600$ , extra 15% shipping and handling surcharge will be payable
3.50% Advance Deposit required to process orders ,Balance 50% when order is ready to ship.
4.Please allow 2-3 weeks to process order.
5.Payment options available : Paypal, Western ,BankTT, Credit Cards.
6 For Clients on Credit , all delayed payments will be charged 5% late fees per month.
All collection charges , legal expenses will be borne by client/consignee
7.Any orders "completed" and "ready to ship" can not be cancelled or refunded
